There are no known environmental issues that are adversely impacting air, water, or soil resources at the Site. Key environmental issues associated with current drilling activities and this Report are wildlife and archaeology.

The Project is planned to be an open pit mining operation with milling and processing of the ore, with the estimated production of 21,296,000 tons of Measured Resources in the upper 55 feet.

A mineral Resource is an occurrence of natural solid material in the Earth’s crust in such form, quantity, and quality (grade) that the material has a reasonable prospect for economic extraction. MEM has estimated the mineral resource for the Project based on assay data and geophysical surveys (NMR). Mine. Gold and silver are the metals of current interest at the Claim. The mineral resources estimate reported here was prepared in a manner consistent with the Committee of Mineral Reserve International Reporting Standards (“CRIRSCO”), of which both the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy, and Petroleum (“CIM”) and Australian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (the “JORC Code”) are members.
